Imagination & Creating your heART Centered Life – Part 2
I wanted to share my journal work tonight and IMAGINE my Imagination Goal #1 around my abundant speaking career with the Cover a Page with Color Exercise–simply painting with yellows.
I painted with white, yellow and bright pink!
Then I stenciled with some circle stencils I have.
Then I wrote my affirmation with a black paint pen.
Next I got to play with my Artual Sacred Symbol stencil for movement and intuition…the triple spiral.
Learning how to create time and space for you to focus your imagination on WHAT YOU WANT will change your life. Replacing worry and stress (which is imagining what you don’t want) with future possibilities that make your heart sing, changes everything.
