Create Peace or Anger… you choose

(Above is how I start all my paintings…pure fun and loosey goosey.)

In Danielle LaPorte’s Desire Map, she writes:

“Being able to experience peace, even appreciation, when you’re in a tough situation is a result of being in touch with your Soul.”

As you get more Creatively Fit, having regularly stimulated your right hemisphere with Creativity Workouts (15 in my book The Artist Within) you develop this ability to choose peace in the midst of a tough situation. What you are really creating when you do regular creative activity is emotional intelligence, connection to your Soul, your subtle, intuitive self. When you do this, priorities fall into place, stress decreases, and your confidence to take bold action, to pursue your joy, increases.

I am so grateful for all the confirmation we are getting from so many wise & inspiring creators, like Danielle, that making JOY your goal is the best thing we can do.

In Law of Attraction by Abraham-Hicks, Abraham states:

But if you will let your standard of success be your achievement if joy, everything else will fall easily into place. For in the finding of joy, you are finding vibrational alignment with the resources of the Universe.

What I know for sure is if you choose to make these kinds of teachings your goal, that your ability to integrate these new patterns of thinking into your everyday awareness will be greatly accelerated by you taking intentional, creative action like the online Creatively Fit Program or my book, The Artist Within, A Guide to Becoming Creatively Fit.

I find great joy while painting, but an even greater joy when being your muse, teaching you how to paint–not so you become a master artist of the canvas, but so you become a master of the art that is your LIFE! Woot!

Your muse, Whitney Freya
